Have you found a vulnerability in GEYRA – in the Windows program, the Android app, the GEYRA server or this website? Please report it to us confidentially. We check every report.

How to report a vulnerability
Write to security@geyra.de (or to info@geyra.de). Please include:
- which part is affected and which version (shown in GEYRA under “Protection & system”),
- what you observed and how it can be reproduced,
- what impact you consider possible,
- how we can reach you.
Do not send us passwords or data of other people.
What you can expect from us
- We confirm receipt within one working day.
- We review the report and keep you informed of its status.
- We fix confirmed vulnerabilities as quickly as possible. Security updates are free of charge; GEYRA updates itself automatically.
- We agree with you on when it will be published.
Please note
- Do not access households, devices or data of other people, and do not change or delete anything.
- Do not put load on the GEYRA server (no load or flooding tests).
- Only publish the vulnerability once an update is available or we have agreed on it with you.
