Notice periods and end of contract
Monthly: can be cancelled at any time to the end of the current month.
Yearly: can be cancelled with one month's notice to the end of the 12 months. Without cancellation the contract continues and can then be cancelled at any time with one month's notice.
Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Until then you can use Guardian fully.
After that you keep using GEYRA for free: your home network continues to be monitored while your PC is running. The Guardian functions pause; your data is not deleted. We delete the access to your FRITZ!Box stored on the GEYRA server 14 days after the end of Guardian. If you book Guardian again later, you set up this access once more.
The seller of the Guardian subscription is Link (Stripe group). GEYRA implements cancellations made via this page or by email at Link (Stripe) for you.
